1. License grant

DriveWave is proprietary, commercial software. A Pro purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license to use DriveWave on up to three (3) devices at a time, managed from your account. The Free tier is licensed for personal use on a single Google Drive account.

2. One-time payment

Pro is a single payment of $49. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no renewal. Your license does not expire.

3. Devices & activation

You may activate up to three devices. Deactivating a device from your account frees a seat; the deactivated device reverts to the Free tier until re-activated. Circumventing the device limit is prohibited.

4. Your content

DriveWave streams from cloud storage you control. We do not copy, store, or claim any rights to your media. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and play the content you connect.

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveWave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

6. Platform

DriveWave currently supports Windows 10/11 (x64). macOS and Linux are on the roadmap and are not covered by these terms until released.
